Use this checklist when onboarding a new tour operator.

## 30-Minute Setup

1. Create the organization profile.
2. Add users and assign roles.
3. Add 3 to 5 core destinations.
4. Add 3 published tour packages.
5. Add knowledge-base sources: FAQ, safety notes, pricing rules, seasonal notes.
6. Turn on AI concierge guardrails.
7. Test one traveler conversation.
8. Create one sample quote.
9. Convert the quote to a sample booking.

## Launch Checklist

- Public chat link works.
- Staff can log in.
- Published packages have price, duration, destination, season, capacity, inclusions, exclusions, and safety notes.
- Knowledge-base content is approved.
- AI concierge escalation rules are enabled.
- Quote template has company contact details and deposit rules.
- Booking confirmation workflow is tested.
- Follow-up reminders are assigned to the right person.

## Customer Training Flow

1. Show the dashboard overview.
2. Open Leads and explain status labels.
3. Open Conversations and show AI-to-human handoff.
4. Open Packages and explain published vs draft packages.
5. Open Knowledge and explain approved sources.
6. Create a quote from a lead.
7. Confirm a booking.
8. Review Analytics.
9. Show Help if the user forgets the workflow.
