# Tourist AI Customer Manual

## Overview

Tourist AI helps a tourism company manage traveler demand from first inquiry to confirmed booking.

## Daily Routine

1. Open Dashboard.
2. Review human handoff conversations.
3. Check new leads.
4. Send or update quotes.
5. Confirm pending bookings.
6. Review follow-ups due today.
7. Add new package or knowledge updates when needed.

## Main Modules

### Leads

Use Leads to manage traveler requests. Check travel dates, group size, budget, preferred language, interests, status, owner, and next follow-up.

### Conversations

Use Conversations to review traveler messages and AI replies. A human should take over for final price, payment terms, visa questions, medical or safety advice, exact availability, or sensitive requests.

### Destinations

Use Destinations to keep route inventory organized. Add region, season, highlights, access notes, safety notes, and related packages.

### Tour Packages

Use Tour Packages to define the trips your team can recommend and sell. Only published packages should be recommended to travelers.

### Itineraries

Use Itineraries to store reusable day-by-day plans, including route, accommodation, meals, drive time, optional activities, and weather notes.

### Knowledge Base

The Knowledge Base controls what the AI concierge can safely use. Add approved FAQs, route facts, pricing notes, cancellation policy, seasonal notes, and safety rules.

### AI Concierge

The AI concierge helps answer common questions quickly. Human review is still required for final quotes, payments, legal, visa, medical, insurance, child safety, or weather-sensitive promises.

### Quotes

Use Quotes to prepare an offer with price, deposit, inclusions, exclusions, notes, and expiry date.

### Bookings

Use Bookings after the traveler accepts a quote. Track payment status, confirmation, itinerary, guide, vehicle, accommodation, and emergency contact.

### Follow-Ups

Use Follow-Ups so leads and bookings do not get forgotten.

### Analytics

Use Analytics to understand lead volume, conversion rate, response time, quote value, booking revenue, and best-performing packages.
